Tron Tech Electronics is preparing to participate in the Battery Show India 2026, where it intends to unveil its latest battery energy storage system called Ecom, with a capacity of five megawatt-hours. This launch is considered an important strategic step for the company to expand its business and explore new opportunities in the large-scale energy storage sector.
Specifications and Technologies of the Modern Storage System
The new energy storage system is designed within a standard twenty-foot container and is based on advanced lithium iron phosphate battery cells. According to technical details, the system relies on innovative liquid cooling technology, which gives it an estimated operating life exceeding nine thousand charge cycles, in addition to a calendar life spanning more than fifteen years. The system also includes a smart heat management design based on liquid cooling, which ensures consistent cell temperatures and raises the overall system efficiency to exceed ninety-three percent.
Strategic Expansion and Future Production Plans
This advanced system was designed to meet the needs of large-scale industrial energy sectors and utility services, as well as to support applications for integrating renewable energy projects into power grids. This step represents a qualitative shift for the company as it expands beyond producing electric mobility batteries to enter the large-scale energy storage market. In the same context, the company plans to increase its current production capacity from three gigawatt-hours to twelve gigawatt-hours by 2028, in response to the growing demand across various residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
