The Chairman and Managing Director of Butagazco conducted a comprehensive field tour in Sohag Governorate, which included the filling plant, the company's warehouses, as well as its administrative office. This visit aimed to monitor the progress of operational operations, verify the readiness of various sites, and check the strict adherence to occupational health and safety standards.
Sohag Plant Emergency Plan Test
The tour included the implementation of a mock drill to simulate the emergency plan inside the Sohag filling plant, a step aimed at testing the efficiency and readiness of the fire-fighting system and safety systems at the site. The drill also sought to measure the response speed of human cadres and the extent of employees' familiarity with their assigned roles and responsibilities in accordance with approved emergency plans, which enhances the ability to face any emergency situations and protect facilities and workers alike.
Monitoring Distribution and Operations
During the visit, the workflow inside the plant and warehouses was reviewed to ensure the regularity of operational and distribution operations with high efficiency. Efforts focused on ensuring the company's ability to meet citizens' needs for butane gas cylinders regularly, while emphasizing the application of all occupational health and safety requirements in all operational work stages.
Enhancing Field Safety Culture
These moves come within the context of the company's strategy to intensify field tours to monitor performance in its various locations across the governorates. Through these visits, Butagazco seeks to root the culture of occupational safety, enhance operational readiness, and ensure the provision of services in a safe and organized manner that guarantees the continuity of supplies efficiently.
